Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all players who have an open and fully verified and approved account with us. However, players whose accounts are set as disabled, time-out or self-excluded during the duration of this offer or on the day the winner is drawn will not qualify for the prize draw.
2. The prize to be won is a total of £30000 in cash.
3. The prize draw runs every year (8 February – 31 January), referred to as the “Promotional Period”.
4. To enter into the prize draw, you must earn at least 1 Mega Ticket. A Mega Ticket = 500 Points. 1 Point = £1000 wagered. You must have deposited a minimum total of £1000 in a given month for wagering to contribute towards points. Only cash wagers contribute towards the accumulation of Points. Any Points acquired contribute towards the next Mega Ticket. Any Mega Ticket acquired is automatically entered into the current draw. A Mega Ticket expires a) once entered and upon completion of a draw and b) if your account is locked for any reason. The requirements outlined in this clause must be fulfilled cumulatively on one and the same brand to obtain a Mega Ticket.
5. There is no maximum number of Mega Tickets that any player may earn.
6. This is a Mega Promotions draw and all Mega Promotion Tickets will be eligible for entry. Promotion Tickets can be earned on a number of sites*. Tickets from all sites will be entered in to one draw. One prize winner will be selected from the Mega Promotions draw.
7. At the end of the Promotional Period and upon completion of the annual draw, your number of Points are set back to zero. There is no carryover of Points from one Promotional Period to the next.
8. At the end of the Promotional Period, a winner will be selected via random draw from all Mega Ticket holders at the time of the draw. The winner will be contacted via their contact preference details as set out in their account settings and/or extreme push. We will use our reasonable endeavours to contact the winner, but should the winner fail to claim their prize within two weeks of the prize draw, then the draw is cancelled, and no further winners will be drawn.
9. Further to our contact with the winner of the prize draw, the prize itself will be credited to the winner’s casino cash account (no wagering required).
10. We reserve the right to ask for testimonial from the draw winner to be included in our Marketing campaigns and on our site.
11. Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our own negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
12. We reserve the right at our discretion to amend the terms of, or terminate, future prize draw promotions, without prejudice to any ongoing draw promotions, which shall remain governed by these terms.
13. This Promotion is open to all players across all jurisdictions, except for players from the Netherlands.
