Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all players who have an open and fully verified and approved account with us. However, players whose accounts are set as disabled, time-out or self-excluded during the duration of this offer or on the day the winner is drawn will not qualify for the prize draw.
2. The prize draw runs during the following periods: 1 Feb – 30 Apr / 1 May – 31 Jul / 1 Aug – 31 Oct: each period separately referred to as the “Promotional Period”).
3. To enter into the prize draw, you must earn a Major Ticket. A Major Ticket = 250 Points. 1 Point = £400 wagered before the Points will be declared valid. You must have deposited a minimum total of £500 in a given month to trigger and earn Points. The requirements outlined in this clause must be fulfilled cumulatively on one and the same brand to obtain a Major Ticket. Only cash wagers contribute towards the accumulation of Points. Any Points acquired contribute towards the next Major Ticket. Any Major Ticket acquired is automatically entered into the current draw. A Major Ticket expires a) upon completion of a draw and b) if your account is locked for any reason.
4. There is no maximum number of Major Tickets which any player may earn.
5. This is a Major Promotions draw and all Major Promotion Tickets will be eligible for entry. Promotion Tickets can be earned on a number of sites*. Tickets from all sites will be entered into one draw.
6. At the end of a given Promotional Period, your number of Points are set back to zero. There is no carryover of Points from one Promotional Period to the next.
7. The prize shall cover a combined retail value (RRP) of £10000 in either one of the following categories, at the winner’s discretion: i) a selection of Apple products; ii) gadgets; iii)home improvement goods; or otherwise iv) a 7 day safari to South Africa including flights, accommodation and extras. The maximum cumulative value of any prize selected by the winner shall not exceed £10000. If a winner opts for either of the first three categories listed in this Term, the prize may consist of either a voucher redeemable at a qualified retailer, or a selection of products/items identified by the winner within the chosen category, in that order. A “qualified retailer” in this Term shall mean an online/physical retailer which generally sells products falling within the winner’s chosen category, and which offers the possibility of £10000 in vouchers to be credited by Us to the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner may choose only one category, and in the case of categories ii) and iii) listed above, only one qualified retailer. In the case of category i), Apple Inc. shall be deemed as the only qualified retailer.
8. The Safari prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak seasons (Easter, July, August, December and periods including South African national holidays), is currently subject to Coronavirus travel restrictions and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. Physical prizes are also subject to availability and could change if the prize is no longer produced. In these cases, we will do our best to supply you with a similar product of a similar value or award a cash equivalent of the recommended retail price of such product. If the Safari prize is selected but cannot be confirmed or provided due to reasons not attributable to the winner, We shall offer the possibility to claim any one of the other categories of physical prizes listed in Term 7 above.
9. If you are drawn as a winner and choose the Safari Holiday as your prize, you will be given the option to select a period of your choice, subject to the restrictions laid out in Term 8 above. Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee, which the winner must pay for any subsequent changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the nature of the changes and subject to the airline/booking agent’s terms.
10. At the end of every Promotional Period, a winner will be selected via random draw from all Ticket holders at the time of the draw. The winner will be contacted via their contact preference details as set out in their account settings and/or extreme push. We will use our reasonable endeavours to contact the winner, but should the winner fail to select their prize within two weeks of the prize draw, then the draw is cancelled and no further winners will be drawn.
11. Further to successful contact with the winner of the prize draw, the prize itself will be delivered to the winner in a reasonable period of time, in order to take into account potentially external factors, such as availability and logistical arrangements (without prejudice to Terms 7 and 8 above).
12. We reserve the right to ask for testimonial from the draw winner to be included in our Marketing campaigns and on our site.
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our own negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. We reserve the right at our discretion to amend the terms of, or terminate, future prize draw promotions, without prejudice to any ongoing draw promotions, which shall remain governed by these terms.
15. This Promotion is open to all players except for players from Sweden, Germany, Austria, Finland and the Netherlands.
