1. The Store is available to registered, depositing players residing in the United Kingdom.
2. Tokens can be earned through a range of activities including, but not limited to, gameplay, promotions, missions, and minigames. Also 300 tokens will be added to your account after your first deposit.
3. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be used within the Store to redeem available items.
4. The selection of items in the Store may change over time. Available rewards may include — but are not limited to — spins on Village Wheels, bonus spins on specific games, or access to selected casino-based offers or events.
5. Each item in the Store will clearly display the number of Tokens required to redeem it before purchase is confirmed. The total number of Tokens accumulated can be found here.
6. Once Tokens are used to redeem an item, the transaction is final. Tokens cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
7. All redeemed rewards are subject to individual terms and conditions. These may include expiry periods, deposit requirements, or wagering rules, where applicable.
8. Jackpot Village reserves the right to modify, remove, or replace any Store item at its discretion without prior notice.
9. In the event of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of Tokens or Store functionality, access may be restricted and Tokens may be forfeited.
