Terms & Conditions

1. Missions are available to registered, depositing players residing in the United Kingdom.
2. Players must have completed registration and must also have made their first deposit to be eligible for any of the offers.
3. Players may receive missions based on their gameplay activity, preferences, or promotional eligibility.
4. Missions vary in structure and include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, spins on specific games or providers, deposit actions, and gameplay milestones.
5. Missions are categorised as: Weekly, Monthly, Seasonal, Milestone (one-time only), or One-Off (non-repeatable).
6. Each mission will clearly display its objective, expiry date (if applicable), and the number of Tokens awarded upon completion.
7. Tokens earned from missions will be added to the player’s Token balance once the mission requirements are fulfilled. These tokens can be used to redeem items available in the store.
8. Jackpot Village reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any mission or their availability at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of misuse, breach of terms, or system errors.
9. Progress towards missions may only be tracked while logged in and during eligible gameplay sessions.
10. Any suspected misuse or manipulation of mission progress may result in forfeiture of Tokens and/or disqualification from the promotion.
11. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, taking unfair advantage of us and/or other suspicious activity, and we reserve the right to block and remove bonuses and/or associated winnings from accounts that we suspect are involved in such activities or behaviours. Examples of such activities or behaviours are outlined in clause 2.4 here.
